The Mad Titan Is Coming To Wreak Havoc On Fortnite!
That is right, Fortnite is getting a huge crossover event on Tuesday the 8th of May as Thanos is coming to Fortnite Battle Royale. When I first heard the news I thought for sure that it would be Avengers inspired (or actual Avengers) skins. However, that is not actually what this crossover event is about.
The Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mashup will see the Infinity Gauntlet appear on the map. I am assuming in a random location. The player who is lucky enough to find it will become Thanos and be able to wield the power of The Infinity Gauntlet, what exactly this is, I do not know just yet, but you would have to think that being able to control Thanos is going to put you at a huge advantage.
I really do hope that there are some skins, emotes or something else as part of this event. I have for a while wanted to see some kind of licensed skins appear in Fortnite and I think that this is the perfect opportunity for the people at Epic Games to make this happen.
Fortnite Battle Royale is the biggest and most popular game in the world right now and adding a Marvel crossover event is only going to make it bigger! I am really psyched for this and hope that I am worthy to wield the power of The Infinity Gauntlet!
